Refund policy

Return or Exchange:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for unused Epoch Rain Barrels within 30 days of your receipt of the item.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
• Any assembled rain barrels or used components cannot be returned.
• Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at 336-592-7029 or info@epochrainbarrels.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.
3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided with your RAN. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your records.
4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days.
5. Refunds: If you are returning the item for a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges: If you are exchanging the item for another item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive your return. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Exclusions:

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
